Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 75% of 1 rep max. 1 x as many as possible @ 75 % 1RM.
Work on a gymnastics weakness inbetween sets.

10 Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
20 Press Ups
30 Squats
40 Abmat Sit Ups
50 Double Unders
