We are a Leeds based strength and conditioning facility affiliated with CrossFit, providing fun and effective group training delivered by top quality coaches.

 

At CrossFit Leeds we believe in providing inclusive training for all. Utilising a wide variety of functional exercises taken from disciplines such as gymnastics, weightlifting, athletics and kettlebells, we'll provide you with the knowledge, skills and environment that will enable you to increase your strength and fitness as well as improve your confidence and aesthetics. We design our training for everyone and adapt it to your current ability to allow optimal progress. Whether you want to get fit and healthy, improve sports performance, compete at CrossFit or simply take your current gym training to the next level, we can provide the training for you.

CrossFit in 100 Words

“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.”
