Turkish Get Ups

 

Max reps Handstand Press Ups x 3

Rest 3 minutes between sets

 

For Time:

7 - 5 - 3 reps of Power Snatch and Overhead Squat 50/30kg

30 Double Unders

12 Strict Pull Ups

7 - 5 - 3 reps of Power Clean and Front Squat 50/30kg

20m Overhead Lunge Walk 20/10kg

 

This WOD is inspired by the final WOD at the Divided We Fall Games from last Saturday.
