Our full timetable starts today and with it comes our first official CrossFit classes. We'll be posting the details of each day's training the night before so keep checking the blog for updates.
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Rower 3 stroke power test - in 3 strokes pull your maximum wattage on the Concept 2 rower - 3 attempts.
10 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):
4 Deadlifts @ 80% of 5RM
8 Burpees
16 Overhead Lunge Walks 20/10 (Men/Women)
