CrossFit Leeds Open Day

Your perfect opportunity to give CrossFit a go for free. Come down to CrossFit Leeds anytime between 9am and 12pm and try your hand at a CrossFit WOD. All workouts are scalable so any individual can take part and there'll be coaches on hand to answer questions, give advice and help you with technique. We've also got the friendly guys from Sport Fix coming along to offer free massages after your workout. What better way to spend your Saturday morning?

20 Pull Ups

If the bar is put down mid set during front squats perform 5 sit ups

If you come off the bar mid set during pull ups perform 5 burpees
