GHD Sit Ups

Skin the Cat

Handstand Walks

21 - 15 - 9 reps for time

Squat Clean 60/40kg

Ring Dips

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

 

OR

 

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Tonight's Intro to CrossFit class is cancelled due to bad weather. Open gym and CrossFIt class are on as normal.

 

Individual Programming

 

Perform 2 full rounds of 1 minute per station:

Push Press 40/25kg

Swings 32/24kg

Overhead Lunge Walk 20/15kg

Rest

Box Jumps 24/20"

Press Ups

Sandbag Load 30/20kg

Rest

 

Score is total number of reps for all exercises

Power Snatch - Overhead Squat - Squat Snatch

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes

Use approximately 60% of your 1RM Squat Snatch focusing on improving technique and speed

 

10 Rounds fo time:

5 Ring Press Ups

10 Burpees

15 Wall Ball 10/7kg

20m Bear Crawl
