5 rounds of:


3 minute AMRAP:
3 Power Cleans 60/40kg
6 Press Ups
9 Squats


Rest 1 minute between rounds

There will be a free, open to all gym session next Saturday 27th November from 9am until 12pm at CrossFit Leeds. If you've been thinking about giving CrossFit a try this is an excellent opportunity. There'll be a choice of workouts to perform, all of them scalable so any level of fitness and experience can take part. Please get in touch for more info or turn up on the day for an intense workout in a great atosphere.

2 rounds for time:

10 Overhead Squats 50/30kg

20 Ring Dips

30 Knees to Elbows

40 Double Unders

50 Squats

Friday 19th November 2010

"The Bear"


Complete 7 repetitions of the following barbell complex:


Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press


......Seven times through the complex is one round! Once a round has started the bar may not be rested on the ground.


Complete 5 full rounds increasing the weight on the bar each round. Rest as needed between rounds.
