CrossFit Leeds Open Day

Your perfect opportunity to give CrossFit a go for free. Come down to CrossFit Leeds anytime between 9am and 12pm and try your hand at a CrossFit WOD. All workouts are scalable so any individual can take part and there'll be coaches on hand to answer questions, give advice and help you with technique. We've also got the friendly guys from Sport Fix coming along to offer free massages after your workout. What better way to spend your Saturday morning?

 

WOD 1

21 - 15 - 9 reps of:

Box Jumps 24/20"

Sit Ups

Swings 24/16kg

 

WOD 2

5 rounds for time:

10 Deadlifts 80/50kg

10 Burpee + Lateral Jump

 

WOD 3

"7 minute Cindy"

As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes of:

5 Pull Ups

10 Press Ups

15 Squats
