Getting Started With CrossFit

Coaching_KipWe pride ourselves in being different to other gyms. We don't have rows of machines and big shiny mirrors.....just effective, functional equipment and a passion for getting our athletes results.

 

If you're looking to get started at CrossFit Leeds the best thing you can do is come down to the gym and see what goes on. We'll answer any questions you might have and recommend the best way for you to get started. Get in touch to arrange a visit with no obligation to join.

Training Options

Free one to one training

If you're unsure where to start, get in touch and book a free one to one training session at a time that's convenient for you. This offer is available to everyone and will give you the opportunity to come along to the gym, spend dedicated time with a coach, try a CrossFit workout and ask as many questions as you like. By the end of your session we'll be able to recommend the best way for you to progress towards a fitter, stronger, more athletic you.

 

Intro to CrossFit

This is CrossFit Leeds' introductory course that all potential members are required to complete before joining the main CrossFit classes. The aim of the course is to ensure new members have been taught the fundamental CrossFit movements in a dedicated and safe environment, allowing our experienced and highly-qualified coaches to consider any individual teaching requirements and restrictions, and to allow a seamless introduction of new members into a class environment with minimal impact on existing members. This is a 4 hour course that can be completed as 2 x 2 hour or 4 x 1 hour sessions at times to be arranged between you and your coach.
